Each of us is a unique combination of physical, mental and emotional strengths and vulnerabilities. And yet, very often, our health issues are treated with one standardized approach. At Haberlin’s Herbals we believe in a more fine-tuned, individualized approach to health and wellness; we focus on each individual and help our clients reach their wellness goals.

When you enroll for our Full Wellness Coaching Session, we will first send you a questionnaire. We request that you take every effort to answer all the questions in as much detail as possible as this is the stock-taking part of the program. By being open and honest about all the issues, we can help you arrive at answers that are truly relevant. When you return the completed questionnaire, we’ll set up an appointment for a two-hour telephone consult during which we’ll work through the issues you need addressed. (We do provide for in-person visits if the situation warrants it, for an additional fee.) We make dietary recommendations and suggest treatments such as acupuncture or botanical remedies were applicable. The emphasis is on helping you reach an optimal state of wellness through lifestyle adjustments and informed botanical remedy choices.
