I love this product! I give my pillow a spray as I climb into bed. The scent relaxes me and helps me drop off to sleep.

My almost 3 year old sprays her pillow with this every night before bed. It smells very relaxing and, in her mind, keeps the monsters and bad dreams away. We also keep some on hand for when she just needs to calm herself down and recenter.
